To sign up for any classes, please fill out our class application form.  Then, you can go over to our online bill pay to pay for your class, all at once!

Group Violin 1 -- Aimed at absolute beginners, students will learn how to hold the violin and play simple songs out of Suzuki book 1.  Students will also play lots of fun musical games, learn to read music, and enjoy being musical with other peers their own age.  Tuesdays, 6 - 7 PM, March 3^rd - April 28.  Cost: $110.  Min: 4 students.  Max: 10 students.

Group Violin 2 -- Aimed at beginning-level students with less than 1 year of experience, students will improve upon their basic skills.  Students will learn to play more songs, work on new bow techniques and new fingerings, and will work through more of Suzuki book 1.  Students will also play fun musical games, learn to read music and rhythms, and work with students their own age.  Thursdays, 6 - 7 PM, March 5 - April 30.  Cost: $110.  Min: 4 students.  Max: 10 students.

Introduction to Voice -- This class exposes students to different singers in a wide array of genres; from classical, opera, and music theater, to blues, jazz and folk, using recordings as well as training in basic vocal technique.  Not only will students get a chance to hear different singers, but they will do singing of their own, performing for each other as they learn and helping one another.  Students will also focus on the importance of emotion in music, knowing what you are singing about, and having a background story in your mind.  Wednesdays, 6 - 7 PM, March 4 - April 29.  Cost: $110.  Min: 4 students.  Max: 10 students.

Introduction to Percussion/Drum set -- This class is aimed at beginners interested in learning more about drum set and percussion.  Students will learn basic drum strokes and techniques, and will play drum patterns, including waltz, rock, and swing/jazz.  Students will also learn about small, auxiliary percussion instruments, like tambourine, triangle, and more.  Fridays, 6:30 - 7:30 PM, March 6 - May 1.  Cost: $110.  Min: 4 students.  Max: 10 students.

In addition to in-studio group classes, if your organization is looking for some fun musical activities, we are available to create and lead a program for you.  We can do a one-day class, or we can do an ongoing series of group music lessons.  If you are interested in this, please send us an email stating your needs.  The going rate is $125 an hour for this type of service.  We are available to travel to most places in the Greater Columbus area.  Please note our availability on the calendar.

If you are a small group of families with special needs students, and would like group classes, please contact us for rates and availability.  We can design a class that is appropriate for the students in the group.
