To register for any camp, please fill out the form below.  If you would prefer to mail in a paper registration, please email Kate@epitelomusic.com, or call (614) 625-1064 to request one.

Make sure you have read the camp policies before signing up for any camp.  By registering for a camp, you will be stating that you agree with and are bound by the policies.
